Assistant Manager, Business Operations & Strategy

ZUS Coffee is a super fast‑growing startup on a mission to bring our coffee to meet the world. We thrive on innovation, speed, and collaboration, and we’re looking for a Project Manager, CEO's Office (MYSG) to help us scale effectively while keeping teams aligned and projects on track.

Objective

As a Project Manager, CEO's Office (MYSG), you will be the glue between teams—driving cross‑functional initiatives, breaking down silos, and ensuring execution excellence. You’ll work across departments, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. Your ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and drive execution with a can‑do attitude will be critical to our success.

Position Responsibilities

Drive Cross‑Functional Projects– Act as the bridge between departments (Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Tech, etc.) to execute high‑impact initiatives.

Project Execution & Delivery– Own the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring milestones are met within deadlines.

Strategic Problem Solving– Proactively identify roadblocks and design practical, scalable solutions to keep projects moving.

Process Optimization– Build and refine workflows that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and execution speed.

Stakeholder Management– Work closely with leadership and key teams to align priorities, provide project visibility, and remove bottlenecks.

Agile Mindset & Adaptability– Embrace change, navigate ambiguity, and pivot quickly in response to shifting business needs.

KPI & Performance Tracking– Define and track success metrics, ensuring projects deliver measurable business impact.

Qualification and Experience

3 - 8 years of experience managing cross‑functional projects in fast‑paced environments. Prior consulting or strategy experience or knowledge in Retail, Operational or Manufacturing optimization, Review of Organizational goals and KPIs (startup experience is a plus!).

A proactive problem solver who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic, high‑energy environment. Familiarity with business operating models, strategy implementation, project management execution.

Ability to work with different teams, manage expectations, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.

You move fast, prioritize effectively, and focus on delivering results.

You know when to introduce structure and when to adapt to evolving needs.

Comfortable using project management tools (Lark, Microsoft Project etc.), and making data‑backed decisions.

You understand team dynamics and know how to build strong, productive relationships.
