Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Business Development (Construction)

This role will be responsible to assist Management, involving to identify new business opportunities, building client relationships, preparing proposals (i.e. Pre-Qualification / Vendor Registration / Tender Submission Compilation) and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry including project lifecycles, contracts and market dynamics, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

- To be fully aware of and be in full compliance with all laws and regulations that affect your job function or the industry you are involved in.
- To exercise reasonable care and caution to ensure that the confidentiality of Company’s documents and all material information in relation to the business is not compromised.
- To produce timely and accurate reporting of your business or operational activities to your superior(s).
- To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).
- To ensure that you have a clear and accurate understanding of the industry you are operating in, including operational challenges, trends affecting your industry and accurate competitor analysis.
- To implement and ensure compliance on all policies and procedures which are relevant and required by Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) management system.
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in [Any Building discipline] / Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience in property / construction industry. Strong network of contacts in the property / construction industry is a plus.
