Responsibilities
  • Digital transformation planning & initiatives.
  • Budget & Resources Planning: Prepare costing & project schedule.
  • Benefits & Impacts Analysis Framework: To study, analyze & update the framework.
  • Digital transformation project Implementation.
  • Vendor Management: Review vendor capability & suitability by identifying and evaluating products & service offerings. Prepare & check solution cost, specification analysis & negotiation.
  • Project Management: Manage & Coordinate the solution deployment. Assist in managing project roll-up to ensure effective stakeholder engagement for project implementation.
  • Gathering data, analyze data for requirement specification for solution customization (if any).
  • Manage & implement Integration scope of works.
  • Support Service.
  • System, Application & Data management: Manage the Security & Access Control for onboarding & offboarding.
  • Identify, propose & manage for any change management to fulfill management/business/user requirement.
  • Documentation.
