Digital transformation project Implementation

Vendor Management: Review vendor capability & suitability by identifying and evaluate products & service offerings. Prepare & check solution cost, specification analysis & negotiation.

Project Management: Manage & Coordinate the solution deployment. Assist in managing project roll-up to ensure effective stakeholder engagement for project implementation.

Gathering data, analyze data for requirement specification for solution customization (if any)

Manage & implement Integration scope of works.

Support Service

System, Application & Data management: Manage the Security & Access Control for onboarding & offboarding.

Identify, propose & manage for any change management to fulfill management/business/user requirement.
