A company in the precision manufacturing industry is hiring for an Assistant Engineering Manager (Maintenance) position. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and supervise maintenance activities for stamping machines, tooling, utilities, and plant facilities.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to reduce breakdowns and downtime.
  • Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis to ensure permanent solutions are in place.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective maintenance scheduling.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budgets, and contractor activities.
  • Drive machine improvement and facility upgrade projects aligned with safety and production goals.
  • Monitor equipment performance KPIs and initiate improvement plans as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience as Maintenance or Engineering management in a manufacturing setting, proficient with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
