Job description
Responsibilities
  • Extracting data from the SAP on the variance to run analysis and investigations.
  • Closing and tracking aging cases in the Helpdesk.
  • Issuing IR (Incident Report) charges, and approving team member (HD&LP) IR charges to either warehouse or transporters for any damages or losses that occurred with evidence.
  • CCTV extraction from 3PL should there be any theft cases and investigation.
  • Communicating with operations, transportation, and finance for losses due to shortages/ overages/damages based on Helpdesk reports by stores.
  • Working together with CHILL/JBDC Loss Prevention officer/assistant to reduce CDC Variance overall.
  • Performing daily floor walk-in warehouse, ad-hoc quality checks on high-value items, and various other checks for smooth operations.
  • Handling unregistered/ unidentified totes/items that were returned to 3PL from stores.
  • Disposal of items or recycling returned items with good conditions back into inventory.
  • Identifying loopholes and risks existing in the warehouse, delivery process, and store receiving to prevent or mitigate its losses to improve CDC delivery accuracy.
  • Reporting top variance by SKU level and store level investigation findings for IOM reports.
  • Compulsory participation in DC STOCK TAKE activities.
  • Perform other job-related duties as and when requested by Superior.
Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills to coordinate with various teams internally and externally.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and follow instructions from superiors.
