A leading jewellery retailer in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced individual to manage department operations, enhance customer relationships, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in retail, preferably in jewellery management, and possess strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Assist to manage the operation of the Department
Build up strong customer relationship
Drives sales through effective merchandising and promotional activity
Build up strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution
Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations
Responsible for managing the operation of the department, the flow of goods and improving the efficiency of employees
Prepare sales and retail-related reports
