Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited seeks an experienced IT leader to drive the IT framework and strategy across the group. You will lead the IT team through end-to-end lifecycle management, including planning, deployment, and ongoing support of school IT systems.

The role requires enhancing user experience, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and collaboration with executives to deliver innovative IT solutions while upholding ISP's safeguarding and diversity commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop IT framework / strategy, standards, policies and procedures.
  • Lead IT team to manage end-to-end application management lifecycle including planning, development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading and support of IT systems.
  • Enhance users' experience through improved service management.
  • Regular interlocks with executives, senior management and system users.
  • IT staff management including hiring, performance evaluation, training, coaching, disciplinary procedures and dismissal.
  • Develop and implement relevant IT SOP, with written protocols and guidelines for IT team and end-users.
  • Drive negotiation with IT vendors to secure best deals and engage IT consultants and service agreements.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining IT budget for each project and managing overall IT financial activities.
  • Keep up to date with IT developments and identify opportunities for innovation within the school’s IT infrastructure.
  • Oversee IT projects, network infrastructure and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Escalate issues to Top Management with recommendations as needed.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
