A leading HR firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Human Resource Manager responsible for overseeing employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance audits. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and 3-7 years of HR experience, with advanced knowledge of HR functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential matters with integrity. Proficiency in HR software and fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are required.
Timely calculation of the overtime claim, monthly claims and all allowance claims as per the cut-off date.
Assist on the full recruitment life cycle for the firm to include, but not limited to posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests.
Lead and coordinate onboarding for new hires, process probationary feedback, and manage employee evaluations and terminations.
Handling employee engagement and staff activities (team building, birthday/ festive celebrations etc.) from conceptualization, planning until its success execution.
Provide coordinating functions in staff development, learning and training.
Liaise with existing employees and address their requests and grievances to ensure a safe and productive workplace.
Oversee compliance audits and manage performance appraisals based on the data you track annually as per company regulations.
To carry out all tasks related to expatriate employment pass application & Visa Application.
To maintain all licenses and ensure the renewal of any required licenses.
Managing daily cleaning & housekeeping in all areas and ensuring the housekeeping procedures are always followed within our premises.
Attend to all incoming and outgoing official telephone calls, visitors, receive mails, documents, and handle courier services.
To perform any other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Minimum of at least 3 - 7 years of experience in Human Resource related field.
Advanced knowledge of HR functions, specifically in areas of compensation and benefits, recruitment, industrial relations, employee relations and engagement.
Advanced knowledge of best HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with integrity.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
