Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing and/or MNC environment.
• Strong understanding of labor compliance and audit requirements.
• Experience supporting ESG, RBA, ISO or customer audits preferred.

• Implement learning and development strategies for manufacturing.
