Job summary

A leading marketing firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced HR Manager to manage recruitment, coordinate performance reviews, and ensure compliance with HR regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and have at least 4-5 years of managerial experience in HR. Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office are essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment within the retail and consumer products sector.

  • Screen CVs and conduct telephone screenings.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR & Admin Manager

Bachelor's Degree in human resources or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Managerial.

Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions.

Excellent written and verbal English and local language skills.

Ability to interact with and lead employees at various levels.

Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources.

Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

A team player with leadership skills.
