A telecommunications company is seeking a motivated individual to manage in-store marketing strategies and performance analysis in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will drive retail sales through effective Go-to-Market strategies, collaborate with various teams to optimize product launches, and ensure budget adherence for promotional activities. A background in retail management and data analysis is essential to thrive in this role.
Monitor the store execution and implement tailored Go-to-Market strategies for UM products across various retail stores. Ensure all marketing, sales, and promotional strategies are aligned with product-specific objectives, regional preferences, and branding guidelines. Drive in store productivity the full product lifecycle from launch to ongoing campaigns and seasonal promotions
Implementation and execution on the GTM strategy to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail sales of products & devices.
Regularly report and analyse on market trends, competitors, customer feedback, and sales performance.
Compile frontliner insights to refine GTM strategies, improve promotional tactics, and optimize stock levels in retail locations work closely with the inventory management team.
Conduct competitive analysis from the field to ensure our brand products stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings
Work closely with product & device teams to ensure that all products and devices launches meet customer needs and expectations.
Align and support Retail Events activation instore our new location; engage with key stakeholders for content/agenda development and drive partner participation such as key flagships events
Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to manage new launch readiness and demo display availability
Work and monitor closely on the strategy on every store sell out and gather insight from the field team (Area Manager and Store Manage) on the performance in all retail stores.
Monitor and ensure the instore digital content and marketing comm to amplify brand awareness and online visibility
Work with mystery shopper team to improve the scoring for each store and ensure relevant product training will be conduct mystery shopper analysis
Ensure the planning and execution in store, manage timeline and keep track on the region retail programs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to take action if needed.
Work with marketing teams to execute retail-focused campaigns, including in-store displays, influencer partnerships, digital campaigns, and events.
Design the in store display guideline in order to provide to best experience to end users and best shopping journey.
Manage product launches and special promotions POSM design, to maximize sales and visibility for all products and device
Execution on Road Shows for new product launch and manage the planning strategy with vendor to improve productivity
Assist manager to tracking all the launch budget and operational costs for in store activation planning
Roadshow cost and planning the execution with project team.
Aligned the customer campaign cost expenditure and planning for yearly AOP
Work closely with the insourcing budget for staff cost for roadshow
Methodically with sense of urgency and able to work independently.
Basic understanding of telecom technologies (e.g., mobile, IT, networks, broadband) to better assist customers with technical inquiries or issues.
