Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Graphic Designer to support our marketing and digital presence. You will help create visual content across media and maintain our graphic assets.

You will work on design projects from concept to production, updating websites and social channels while ensuring consistency of logos and artwork.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
• Experience with creating marketing visuals is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design & Production: Conceptualize and produce creative layouts and designs for diverse promotional materials, including brochures, posters, flyers, newspaper and magazine advertisements, banners, and signboards.
• Digital Media & Web: Update and maintain the company's website and other social media platforms with new product information; design and create engaging new web graphics to enhance our online presence.
• Asset Management: Manage and maintain all corporate graphic files, ensuring organization and accessibility for logos, product photos, and design artworks.
• General Support: Complete other tasks as assigned by the management on an ad-hoc basis.
