The Role

As a Remote Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities include :

• Preparing cost estimates for building, road, and infrastructure projects.
• Calculating quantities based on drawings and specifications.
• Preparing Bills of Quantity (BoQ) and tender documentation.
• Conducting unit price analysis and comparing vendor / contractor quotations.
• Supporting project management in cost control and financial reporting.
• Coordinating online with engineering and admin teams.
• Menyusun Bill of Quantity (BoQ) dan dokumen tender.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate should have :

• At least a high school diploma (SMA / SMK or equivalent). Additional training or certification in construction / engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in construction project support.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, or similar software (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good online communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
