Job Description

Perform functions to support Division's Sales & Marketing team, company e-commerce structure, product specialist team and its administrative managements.

Support and teamwork with colleagues on the company e-commerce and digital publication and marketing administration and requirements.

Creating sales documents, proposals, brochures; processing contracts and paper works generated by your assigned sales & marketing department.

Perform administrative office-based duties on behalf of your assigned department executives.

Maintain an accurate and updated database of customer information such as correspondence addresses & contacts, placement site and billing preferences.

Maintain a good filing system of both softcopy and hardcopy proposals & its related documents.

Monitor the progress of on-going orders and projects generated by assigned department.

Act as a customer service agent, handling and prioritizing the influx of customer requests and complaints.

Establish a good relationship between the customer, principal supplier and the company at all times.

Share reception duties, such as taking telephone inquiries and screening visiting clients & supplier.

To carry out any other duties with the company or whatsoever the board of directors of the company may assign from time to time.
