Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in building construction projects.
• Strong experience in tendering, cost estimation, claims, and variation orders.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project tendering works including BQ preparation, cost estimation, and tender submission.
• Prepare and review tender and budget estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and contract packages.
• Liaise with suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors on pricing, scope, and documentation.
• Handle claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts including cost evaluation and documentation.
• Prepare and administer subcontract awards, progress claims, and payment updates.
• Conduct site measurements and verify quantities for tenders and ongoing works.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients and certify subcontractors’ claims.

Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri) / 9am - 1pm (Alternate Saturday)
