About the Role

As an Assistant Concierge, you will be providing personalized guest assistance to ensure every guest enjoys convenience and comfort throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review daily arrival and Department reports to ensure optimal manpower allocation, adjusting schedules as needed to meet operational requirements.
  • Ensure efficient guest support services, including handling deliveries, assisting with travel arrangements, and coordinating transportation requests.
  • Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally, focusing on enhancing the overall stay experiences.
  • Supervise and support Departmental training for the Concierge Team.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
  • At least 3 years of Concierge or Rooms experience in 5-star Hotel with similar capacities.
  • Good leadership, organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable and guest-oriented team players.
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • Willing to work on shifts.
