About the Role

As an Assistant Concierge, you will be providing personalized guest assistance to ensure every guest enjoys convenience and comfort throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign staff to manage guest luggage storage and coordinate pick-up for all arriving and departing guests.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of parcels, newspapers, and messages to guests.
  • Assist guests with flight ticket arrangements and visa applications.
  • Arrange limousine or shuttle services for guests upon request.
  • Provide up-to-date and relevant recommendations on restaurants, shopping areas, and tourist attractions.
  • Supervise and support Departmental training for the Concierge Team.
About You
  • At least 3 years of Concierge or Rooms experience in 5-star Hotel with similar capacities.
  • Reliable and guest-oriented team players.
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
