Responsibilities

We are part of a public listed investment holding company located in Shah Alam, providing a full spectrum of an in-house secretarial function to the Group. We seek qualified and dedicated candidates to join our team. If this sounds like you, please get in touch with us!

Undertake in all secretarial functions and secretarial compliance work for a public listed company and its group of companies (Group) which include preparation of resolutions, maintenance of statutory records and lodgment of requisite statutory returns to the relevant authorities.

Manage Board and Shareholders matters such as organizing meeting: preparing and circulating board papers, reports, minutes and announcements.

Coordinate all matters relating to circular to shareholders, annual/ semiannual/ quarterly report and any other requisite documents relating to corporate exercise and ensure timely submission/distributions.

To liaise with share registrar, advisors, legal counsels and auditors on corporate matters of the Group.

To attend board meetings of the subsidiary companies and to prepare agendas and minutes of meeting (as and when necessary).

To act as company secretary of the subsidiary companies, if required.

To undertake any other matters as may be required by the Management.

Requirements
  • An Associate member of MAICSA or licensed by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
  • Minimum 3 years’ related working experience in handling corporate secretarial matters for a public-listed company.
Desirable Skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work in a team and independently under minimum supervision.
  • Pro‑active, meticulous, confident and possess the drive for self development.
  • Ability to demonstrate high standards of integrity and ethical practice in maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
