We are seeking an experienced Assistant Company Secretary to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will work closely with the Company Secretary to ensure all statutory and regulatory compliance matters are handled efficiently and accurately. This role also involves liaising with clients and providing support in meeting their corporate compliance needs.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial practice.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian corporate law, Companies Act 2016, and regulatory requirements.
  • Good command of written and spoken English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • ICSA qualification or currently pursuing will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Company Secretary in preparing and filing all statutory documents with regulatory authorities (e.g., SSM, LHDN, etc.).
  • Maintain and update statutory registers, company records, and corporate files.
  • Support in organizing board meetings, drafting resolutions, minutes, and related documents.
  • Liaise with clients to address compliance and corporate secretarial matters.
  • Ensure timely submission of annual returns and other filings.
  • Handle day-to-day statutory and administrative duties in accordance with the Companies Act and relevant laws.
