Job Description:

Business Development & Marketing
  • Maintain a list of existing and new clientele and follow-up with new upcoming potential projects of the Group.
  • Follow-up and meet clientele and various government agencies to obtain updates on new projects.
  • Study and evaluate of new clientele which are prudent paymaster and projects launch are viable.
  • Work to maintain Group order book as per Business Plan and take necessary action to achieve the said target.
  • Prepare business presentations to external clientele to market our products and services.
Commercial & Tender
  • Supervise Pre-Qualification/ Registration of Interest (ROI) exercises and ensuring all information and documents required by various clients/ consultans are completed and are of quality controlled.
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to support Line Manager in Management’s decision making process, either through guidance from Line Manager, or on town initiatives.
  • Effectively assist Line Manager in developing a project database/ watch list on prospective projects that are necessary in Company’s business plan.
  • To actively be involved in the maintenance of Commercial Knowledge Portal (KP) by accumulating information from Market Intelligence, MediaBanc and Pre-Qualification submissions.
  • Close liaison with other departments in the delivery of Pre-Qualification/ Registrations of Interest (ROI) exercise.
  • Proactively assist in tender exercises on non-commercial matters to ensure mandatory and technical compliance to suit clients’ needs upon obtaining approval from the Line Manager.
  • To work closely with the Line Manager in positioning the Company through networking initiatives.
  • To assist in any departmental tasks which may arise on an ad-hoc basis.
Branding & Communications
  • To assist superior/ Line Manager on all items related to Branding & Communications.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Quantity Surveying/ Engineering or any equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related field and experience in tender exercise for projects of more than RM50mil.
