Job Requirement

• Minimum 2 year performing as Assistant Outlet Manager / F&B Duty Manager / Outlet Manager.
• Courteous with refined skills in customer relations with the ability to communicate to all VIP guests or club members.
• Knowledge in food & beverage, butler / personalized services, function and event management is preferred.
• Computer literate and skills in report writing and analyzing of data.
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin or Chinese dialect will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
