Job summary

DÔME Café in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an Assistant Cafe Manager to support the Cafe Manager in daily operations, staff training, inventory monitoring, and quality control to maintain the highest standard of customer satisfaction.

You will help lead a friendly team across shifts, ensure consistency of service, coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff, and contribute to a warm, authentic cafe experience that reflects the brand’s European-inspired ambience.
