Job summary

A leading retail company in Malaysia is looking for a boutique manager to supervise operations and ensure financial reporting. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in the fashion retail industry and excellent leadership skills. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within two weeks.

  • Experience in managing boutique/branch/showroom is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the boutique.
  • Oversee financial reporting.
  • Hire and train floor staff.
  • Plan and grow boutique revenues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Submit all relevant reports and documents timely.
  • Plan all events and promotion activities.
  • Ensure execution of transactions.
  • Administer showroom systematically and efficiently.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in business studies/ administration/ management, Marketing or its equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the related field i.e fashion retail industry.
  • Must haveexperience in managing boutique/branch/showroom.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational planning skills.
  • Possess the drive to achieve target
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
