Job summary

Veritas Design Group in Kuala Lumpur invites a capable Architectural Assistant to join our project delivery team. You will support the Project Architect and Design Architect through all stages, preparing drawings, plans, and documentation in line with project requirements.

You will coordinate with consultants and internal teams, assist with planning submissions, update records, attend meetings, and monitor site progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.

Qualifications

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and documentation as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Architect and Design Architect in all stages of project delivery.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and documentation in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Assist in preparing planning and building plan submissions to relevant authorities.
• Update and maintain project drawings, records, and documentation.
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
• Assist with site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Support the preparation of tender documents and contract administration.
• Ensure all assigned work complies with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Architect or Management.
• Prepare and revise architectural drawings and documents.
• Communicate with consultants, contractors, and authorities on assigned tasks under the supervision of the Project Architect.
• Attend project meetings and site visits as assigned.
