Job Responsibility
- Handle general office administrative duties including filing, data entry, and documentation management.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents as required.
- Support procurement of office supplies, equipment, and service arrangements.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, staff events, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and supporting basic HR-related administrative tasks.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management on office maintenance and contracts.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and mails, courier services, and office communication channels.
- Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments when needed.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience handling procurement or HR administrative support.
- Familiarity with office management systems and basic accounting procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.

Remunerations package
- Gross salary range: RM3100 - RM3400
- Basic: RM2500 - RM2800

Working Hours
- 9:00 AM â 6:00 PM (Monday â Friday)
- Off day: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
