Job summary

A telecommunications company in Malaysia is seeking an administrative professional to handle customer service requests, evaluate documentation, and assist in compliance matters. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree and 2-3 years of administrative experience. Fresh graduates may apply as training will be provided. Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to maintain organization under pressure, are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma, Degree or higher equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates will be considered as training will be provided.
  • 2-3 years working experience in clerical position preferable in Administration.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all scheduled follow up for Customer Service and related requests.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and update all requests received in accordance to company requirements.
  • Organize and distribute requests accurately to Unit Members.

Job description
  • To be responsible for all scheduled follow up i.e Customer Service, VDR request, Extension of PLKS, local transfer cases, green card cases being made in accordance to the Company requirement;
  • To check and evaluate, monitor and update all request received (postal, walk-in) are in accordance to the Company requirement;
  • To organize and distribute the request received i.e VDR, extension of PLKS, local transfer request, supplier agreement and green card in timely and accurate manner to all Unit Members thus ensuring the work is organize and distribute evenly;
  • Providing information related to the Customer Service, VDR, extension of PLKS, local transfer cases and green cards responding to general enquiries;
  • To ensure all necessary documentations are complete with regret to the request received from contractors and to make follow up should the required documentation is not received together with the application submitted;
  • To assist on dealing with enforcement cases;
  • To assist on checking on worker accommodation 446 Act;
  • To assist on interview foreign workers.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma, Degree or higher equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates will be considering as training will be provided.
  • Have at least 2-3 years working experience in clerical position preferable in Administration Unit.
  • Result-driven with diversified knowledge in Administration and Management.
  • Knowledge in computerized system.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, unsupervised.
