A local property management firm in Kelantan is seeking a skilled assistant accountant to handle financial documentation, perform bank reconciliations, and provide customer service when needed. Applicants should possess their own transport and have relevant experience in accounting and invoicing. This role offers a basic salary plus EPF and SOCSO benefits.
Create and prepare financial documents such payment voucher, Invoice, receipt.
Perform bank reconciliations and compare financial records with bank statements to ensure accuracy.
Assemble financial data and generate reports for senior staff.
Can handle management and transaction sales Dobi (once per week).
Provide customer service when needed
Prepare simple sales and expense reports of Dobi for management review (once per week)
Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
