Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Account Assistant Manager to handle full set accounting and payroll processing for the company. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and process payroll in compliance with statutory and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare month-end and year-end closing, financial statements, and reports
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, including attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions
  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB / CPF, etc., where applicable)
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings and payroll-related reports
  • Manage staff claims, reimbursements, and leave records
  • Assist in audit, tax matters, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and authorities
  • Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in full set accounting and payroll
