Job summary

A prominent engineering firm in Penang is looking for candidates to support data collection and process improvement. The role involves assisting in monitoring activities, ensuring quality and safety, and achieving production targets. Candidates should have at least a Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering, with 1-2 years of experience preferred; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Support data collection for performance Improvement.
• Support process improvement and towards efficiency
• Assist Assembly Supervisor in monitoring and follow up activities.
• Maintain good house keeping and 5'S.
• Work to achieve production target set by supervisor.
• Ensure quality, accuracy and timely readiness of goods produced.
• Support TPM Program and work towards reducing down time.
• Ensure accuracy and timely readiness of goods produced under his responsibility
• Responsible for personal safety, and safe conduct as not to endange others or company's properties.
• Ensure tool and equipment traceability and accountable for it’s loses.

Requirements

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma on Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Computer literate
• Have 1-2 Years experience.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
