Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Malaysia is seeking a skilled process engineer to enhance process quality, support production targets, and provide technical support for critical quality issues. Candidates should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s in an engineering field and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Semiconductor industry. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of process control methodologies are essential. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly in a dynamic production environment.

Job description

Responsibilities

To sustain/improve process including quality, yield, internal & external customer complaint and lot on hold rate.

To support production for meeting wws target.

To generate and update process specifications, SOP, FMEA and process control plan.

To provide technical support when there is critical quality concerns related to material / process.

To ensure process is running within control chart in SPC.

To transfer knowledge from NPI to realize in production mode on any new product/technology received from NPI team.

Requirements

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Material Science / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering or equivalent engineering field.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in Semiconductor Industry with Process control experience. (fresh graduate will be considerable)

Knowledge on Design of Experiment (DOE) skill FMEA, SPC, DMAIC, 8D and Strong analytical trouble shooting skills.

Good communication skills with all levels of people.
