Qualifications

• 3+ years working experience in semiconductor environment focusing on equipment integration and automation.
• Good understanding of semiconductor processes including Pre‑Assembly, Assembly, and Test.
• Experience in GEM (E30) qualification on machine.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Design and develop leading edge automation solutions such as RFID and 2‑D tracking, APC/FDC.
• Prepare specifications, tests, deliverables, and acceptance test criteria.
• Design and implement integration and automated tests.

Professional Knowledge and Expertise

• 3+ years working experience in semiconductor environment with focus on equipment integration and automation.
• Good understanding of semiconductor process covering Pre‑Assembly, Assembly and Test.
• Experience in implementing automation solutions for semiconductor environment such as automated track in/out, RMS, wafer mapping, RFID.
• Strong knowledge of SEMI standards such as E4, E5, E30, E142, G84 etc.
• Experience in performing GEM (E30) qualification on machine.
• Good programming skill using Tcl/Tk, C, Java.
• Experience developing on Unix and/or Linux OS as well as Windows.
• Experience using source‑code repository management (e.g SVN, GIT).
• Familiarity in automated unit test scripting is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills with good English communication and writing skills. Chinese / Thai language will be an added advantage.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests.
• Detail‑oriented personality.
• Creative thinking skills.

Qualification

• Min BSc in either CompSc, CompEng, Electrical Eng with minimum CGPA of 3.3 or above.
