Position Overview

The ASEAN Sales Manager will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth aligned with company strategy, focusing on aftermarket services, retrofit projects, PHM (IoT‑enabled predictive maintenance), and energy efficiency solutions. While strategic guidance will be provided, this role demands a self‑driven and accountable leader with strong execution discipline and the ability to build deep customer relationships across the ASEAN region. These positions are based in Malaysia and/or Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and profit targets for service, retrofit, and PHM/energy solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and manage key customer accounts across Data Centres, Semiconductor, and ACMV industries (cooling towers, AHUs, pumps, fans).
  • Build and maintain a strong network of system integrators, OEMs, and end users across ASEAN.
  • Promote and sell Brook‑TM’s service offerings, including motor repair, retrofit, condition monitoring, and IoT‑based performance management.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure solution delivery meets customer expectations.
  • Develop and manage channel partners/distributors to expand regional market coverage.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide business development strategy.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant industrial sales experience in ASEAN markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
  • Established customer relationships in Data Centre, Semiconductor, and ACMV sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of electric motor service ecosystem, M&E systems, and IoT‑based solutions.
  • Experience in developing and managing channel partners is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of self‑discipline, integrity, and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within ASEAN.
