• Preferred: 12+ years of related experience or 10+ years with Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Success Unit (CSU) strategy for Microsoft Cloud solutions.
• Serve as executive-level orchestrator for customer success.
• Develop success plans aligned with Enterprise priorities.
