Job summary

A leading entertainment firm in Petaling Jaya is seeking an experienced individual to manage engagement activities for artistes and shows. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and creativity in developing concepts. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and negotiating the best terms. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus, and a willingness to travel is necessary.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and sociable with good presentation skills, preferably able to speak Mandarin.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the artistes & shows related engagement activities.
• Develop good contacts & relationships in entertainment industry to enhance potentials.
• Keep updated and informed of industry trends & deals.
• Develop creative concepts, putting different artistes, bands and talents to perform together, ensuring good team efforts on concept creation.
• Preparation of creative proposals in response to requirements and clients' expectations.
• Good negotiation skills to obtain best prices and terms from all parties involved.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, social-able, good presentation skills; preferably can speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Aggressive, dynamic and able to work independently.
• Must have a great command of spoken / written English.
• Creative and able to think out of the box concepts, problem solving skills, solution seeker.
• Must have own transport, willing to travel local & overseas.
• Photo & video editing skills, artistes profile creation.
• Have outstanding interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, process oriented, good follow-through on work and is able to multi-task on projects.
