• Patience, tolerance, good sense of human, and reliability
• Team‑spirited, passionate about working with children ages 3 to 14
• Cheerful, honest, proactive, and a front‑runner in executing the studio’s vision
• Positive interpersonal skills with the ability to independently manage a team
• Proficiency in English or Mandarin communication
• Teaching seminar will be provided
• Fresh graduates from Fine Art or illustration are welcome
• Availability to join immediately or on short notice

Job Description

• Demonstrate awareness of children’s well‑being at all times

• Carry out any other duties as assigned by superiors or management from time to time
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, including material preparation and equipment setup
• Provide regular feedback to relevant parties on each student’s progress
• Guide students on proper use and care of materials, tools, and equipment
• Manage the classroom effectively, including maintaining good student discipline
• Ensure the classroom environment is safe, clean, and well‑organised
• Ability to design and create marketing‑related materials such as posters or videos is an added advantage
