• Experience in management, education, or customer service is preferred.
• Responsible, positive, patient, and able to work well with both kids and adults.
• Must be available for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee class schedules, staff coordination, and daily operations.
• Guide and mentor Art Teachers and Assistants.
• Communicate with parents and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure classrooms are tidy and efficiently run.
• Coordinate studio events, workshops, and exhibitions.
• Manage attendance, reports, inventory, and paperwork.
• Address challenges and maintain a positive environment.
