A leading snack company in Malaysia is seeking a Field Sales Leader to manage and motivate their sales team, ensuring the achievement of KPIs and strategic goals. Candidates should possess strong sales experience, organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to maintain excellent customer relationships. The role plays a crucial part in driving market performance and leadership in the snack industry.
You lead a field sales representative team to ensure delivery of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets for a particular area. You work closely with cross‑functional colleagues to deliver on activation and reporting against KPIs.
