The ideal candidate will be responsible to lead a sales team, deliver strong business results, and drive growth initiatives in the area. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans while identifying new opportunities to expand market presence and enhance revenue performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve region targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for optimal performance.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Lead and manage indirect team and oversee operations in the branches sales, distribution, product visibility.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and accurate stock forecasting.
  • Conduct regular market visits and audits to assess coverage and merchandising.
  • Collaborate with marketing for POSM, campaigns, and product visibility.
  • Use A&P budgets effectively to support promotions and activities.
  • Coordinate with key accounts to secure promotional plans.
  • Generate reports and review sales performance with business partners.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experiences in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams.
