Relationship Building
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and distributors.
Market Analysis
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Sales Data Analysis
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform sales strategies.
Sales Reporting
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Product Knowledge
  • Providing detailed product information to clients and ensuring the sales team is knowledgeable about products and services.
Customer Engagement
  • Engaging with potential and existing customers to build relationships, understand needs, and close sales.
Training and Development
  • Providing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaboration
  • Working with other departments, such as marketing, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
