Role
The Day-To-Day Activities
  • Execute and monitor sales strategies and promotional plans, while identifying new opportunities to expand U Mobile\'s touchpoints and dealer network.
  • Foster dealer loyalty through ongoing engagement, training, and activation support for both Prepaid and Postpaid segments.
  • Ensure comprehensive knowledge delivery on systems, products, sales techniques, incentives, and POSM updates to drive accurate activations and sales efficiency.
  • Conduct market intelligence to stay informed of competitor activities and market trends, ensuring proactive response and adaptability.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers through consistent support, field visits, trade events, and performance-driven tactical execution.
About You:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the Telco or FMCG industry
  • Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in any discipline
  • Highly motivated and result-oriented
  • Possesses own transport and fully open to travel
