The Day-To-Day Activities

  • To execute, monitor effectiveness of sales strategy/promotion plans and seek new opportunities to expand UM touch points & pyramid
  • Continue deepening dealer’s loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid)
  • Ensure proper knowledge and training on:
    • System: Genuine and accurate activations through control system & system knowledge
    • Product: Full range of products
    • How to Sell: Accurate and correct information given
    • Incentives / Pyramid: Proper guidance in building loyalty
    • POSM: Latest & up to date POSM
  • Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence
  • Build good rapport and trust with dealers by providing support, information and guidance
  • Maintain good discipline and performance
  • Perform trade events, visits and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance

About You

  • At least 2 years of working experience in Telco / FMCG related environment
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field
  • Sales driven with good track record
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel
