A leading retail operations company is seeking an Area Executive for Retail Operations in Johor Bahru. The role includes managing daily outlet operations, driving sales activities, supervising team performance, ensuring compliance with stock management, and maintaining product quality standards. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in business and at least 1 year of related experience in the F&B retail chain industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related working experience as Area Executive in the F&B retail chain industry.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/customers.
• Able to travel for work.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales generating activities to achieve sales target of the assigned outlets.
• Supervise outlet personnel performance according to company SOP.
• Ensure compliance to set procedures for stock management.
• Recruit outlet personnel and manage attrition rates.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with hygiene standards.
• Execute advertising and promotion activities effectively.
• Monitor operations KPI and staff performance.
