Job summary

A leading tech company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced individual to achieve sell-through targets and develop new retail relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with customers. Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sell-through/out targets by executing overall plans.
  • Develop new retailers and build rapport with store personnel.
  • Assist in resolving issues and achieving store coverage rates.
  • Manage and train the RE and promoter team, ensuring attendance.
  • Ensure proper display of POSM and live demo units.
  • Execute retail promotions to achieve target results.
  • Gather customer feedback and report market situation.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible to achieve the sell through/out target via executing the overall plan in certain City.
  • Develop new retailers & dealers. Build rapport with retailers, dealers, store managers and their employees.
  • Assist to resolve issues, achieve store coverage rate, provide training to achieve retail store sell out target.
  • Manage & train RE and promoter team, ensure punctuality & attendance, set sell out target and ensure achievement.
  • Make sure Honor retail store mount up POSM and gift, live demo units display, keep up brand image according to the guideline to build brand awareness.
  • Execute retail promotions/ activities to achieve good results.
  • Develop area promotion plan to increase sell out.
  • Gather & report customer feedback, competitive activities and market situation.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams) required.
  • We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
