Responsibilities

a) Working closely with the Developer/Management Committee/Owner of the assigned building and various sub‑committees to achieve the objective of upgrading and maintaining the building’s image and brand as a prestige building;

b) Monitoring the day‑to‑day operation of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the company;

c) Attending to owners’ and occupants’ complaints, authority and utilities matters and answering all enquiries professionally and within acceptable timelines;

d) Overseeing and leading all management and maintenance office teams managed by the company.
