  • Assist dealers in achieving targets and ensure all directions or activities are complied with according to UMW Toyota policies
  • Providing constructive feedback to dealers to recognise excellent performance and to develop areas of improvement
  • Support dealers in campaigns and promotions
  • Drive strategies to increase dealers' revenue and profit
