Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Understanding of building codes, UBBL, and local authority guidelines.
• Ability to interpret architectural sketches, notes, and mark‑ups.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and details according to project requirements.
• Convert conceptual sketches from architects into accurate technical drawings.
• Produce drawings that comply with local authority requirements (e.g., PBT/Majlis).
• Prepare submission drawings, forms, and documents for approval.
