Job description

Job Responsibility

• To manage the Project including progress control, quality control, variation/cost control, safety control, environmental control, etc.
• Assist in monitoring and coordinating of Architectural works to be completed by Contractors to facilitate project completion
• Report any critical and/or major issues and proposing possible solutions.
• Liaise and coordinate with the team to resolve technical and/or interfacing issues.
• Monitor, supervise and inspect works.
• Conducting supervision responsibilities of standards of work in adherence to established benchmark and time line.
• Ensuring complete documentation of works done with corrective actions taken as and when necessary.
• Monitoring overall work progress while in strict compliance to requirements and technical specifications.
• Maintaining on-site quality control and documentation while ensuring discrepancies are escalated to relevant stakeholders for corrective action.
• Ensuring construction materials are as specified and in accordance to best practices.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural or Architectural / Civil & Structural or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years supervision of construction on site experience.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and architectural practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM)
