Key Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate cash application of customer payments across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with invoice records and minimizing unapplied cash.
• Prepare and deliver accurate AR reports, including aging analysis, unapplied cash summaries, and customer account reconciliations to support financial visibility.
• Monitor and support revenue recognition activities.

Key Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience in cash application, billing and financial reporting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work to tight deadlines and multi‑task.
• Independent and self‑motivated yet collaborative with the team.
• Experience working in a shared service environment is preferable.
• Recognized Diploma in business is preferable.
