Job summary

A global finance organization in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive Accounts Receivable to manage documentation, billing, and tracking of claims including Advertising & Promotion. The role involves reconciling accounts, addressing client queries, and ensuring compliance with billing timelines. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and familiarity with SAP are preferred. This position contributes significantly to operational excellence and stakeholder relationship management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in AR, Claims, or Credit Control.
• Familiarity with AnP or AR claims processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure claimable expenses, particularly Advertising & Promotion, are billed accurately.
• Reconcile clients’ accounts and follow up on outstanding items.
• Monitor account details for irregularities and resolve issues.
• Liaise with clients and BUs to address queries and discrepancies.
• Support achievement of monthly KPIs within the claims function.
